Joseph Campbell (look him up, he is AMAZING) described reaching Nirvana as follows:
‘The condition that comes when you are not compelled by desire, fear or social commitments.
When you hold your center and act out of there.’
When was the last time YOU were quiet, not watching a screen and were without the feelings of: desire, fear or compelling nature of social commitments? Sounds pretty awesome to me.
Wouldn’t It Be Cool If we believed more in POLITICS?
For example WIBCI: our leaders had a better grasp of economics?
There is an evenness that needs to exist on a global scale so the consumer can select the best product, not so one country can make all the money.

Gardeners seem to be pretty cool
They have a lot of patience to wait and nurture something over time that isn’t going to make them money.
There are no commercials and no one stealing your identity in a garden.
I bet they think about a lot of things.
I bet they don’t come out of the garden more anxious than when they went in.
I bet they don’t go to bed at night dreading going back to the garden.
I bet they are happier.

Eye Contact…
Have YOU ever really looked into your own eyes? Try it, you have a mirror near by. Really look into them, could you recognize just your own eyes? Could anyone else?
Next time you are having a conversation with someone, in person, look into their eyes.
If eye contact is something you are both out of habit of doing, this could be uncomfortable. Don’t be creepy, and if the other person seems unused to this, just tell them you are making an effort to make more eye contact and see what it does.
I bet you listen better and they feel heard more.

Wouldn’t It Be Cool If those involved in POLITICS learned from HISTORY?

Webster’s definition of addiction: / əˈ / dik / shən: n: a compulsive, chronic, physiological or psychological need for a habit-forming substance, behavior, or activity having harmful physical, psychological, or social effects and typically causing well-defined symptoms (such as anxiety, irritability, tremors, or nausea) upon withdrawal or abstinence
-illionaires and corporations….will seemingly do anything to get money, they will hurt those they claim to love, they will live, steal, and cheat to get more for themselves. But more isn’t ever enough, they need more than enough, than they need most of it, than they won’t be satisfied until they have all of it. Which they can’t have and wind up dead or in jail. Seem like narcissist junkies to me.
Maybe if it was recognized/acknowledged, it could be treated.

Try this:
Stop judgy commenting on anything, anywhere, and just READ for one day.
Perhaps if you spent all your energy on reading, you will find that most posts are not the opinions of said individual, but regurgitation of someone else’s propaganda. They didn’t conjure up the words, in that order, just to educate us on their opinion.
Most people who post don’t know what they think, what they REALLY think. Instead of spending time with themselves, they puke out other people’s words. How these words that did not spring from their mind are received by people they do not know further validates the plagiarized thoughts. If people like or dislike, the person who made the comment may feel they are part of a team and/or look popular. Much less effort than thinking your own thoughts just for your own sake….I guess.
If you know what you think, you do not have to post it to prove you are smart, or eloquent, or should be ‘included’. Popularity does not reinforce nor detract from your truth.
If you know what you think, you don’t need to prove it to anyone, nor do you need to convince yourself.
Unless you are a subject matter expert or someone asked, no one needs to know your judgy comment, especially since you probably don’t even think it anyways….
